What to Expect

How it Works

1. Register Online

Start by registering your firm and project(s) through the official VIDA Eventbrite link. Registration is required before any materials can be submitted, and payment must be received to proceed.

2025 Project Registration

2. Receive Submission Access

Once your registration is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with access to the Judgify submission platform. This is where you’ll upload all required project documentation.

3. Upload to Judgify

Log in to Judgify to submit your project narrative, floor plans, and high-resolution images. Submissions are anonymous—no identifying firm or team information should be included in any files.

4. Print Your Boards

Prepare and print your 40” x 40” presentation boards, mounted on ⅜” or ½” foamcore. These boards must follow formatting guidelines and will be used in the in-person exhibit.

5. Deliver Boards

Ship or drop off your completed boards to the designated location by the stated deadline. These boards will be part of the exhibition during the awards reception.

6. Attend the Awards Gala

Join us for an evening of celebration as we reveal the winners and showcase the incredible work submitted. It’s a chance to connect with peers, honor design excellence, and be part of an unforgettable night.
