Chapter Committees Overview

• Executive - Guide the Chapter in fulfilling its mission, lead a team of incredible volunteers, and network internationally with other Chapter leaders.
• Membership - Advocate for the value of IIDA membership, assist prospective and existing members with questions, and organize annual membership drives and campaigns.
• Sponsorship - Coordinate the annual Benefactor drive campaign, the Benefactor Breakfast event, and ongoing benefit fulfillment.
• Communications - Use your creative input to maintain the Chapter website, social channels, blog, and newsletter. Create promotional graphics for events and campaigns.
• Student Affairs - Organize events for local interior design students, serve as their primary IIDA connection, and be a resource for the next generation of interior designers.
• Advocacy - Create programming that supports interior design legislation, encourages diversity within the profession, and promotes awareness of interior design to the public.
• Professional Development - Promote certification examinations, coordinate study courses, CEUs, and any other events to assist with member career success.
• City Centers - Plan local events, lead volunteers, and create budgets.
• Event Planning & Volunteers - Help shape IIDA events in your area.
